You have room for two full width articles, with another four in a column layout and links to older content at the bottom. This newspaper style uses large, bold headlines to help catch the attention of your website's visitors.
But what if you don't have enough content? Just change this 'fixed' text at the top, then write your articles later.

With its towering silos, concrete buildings and cavernous hangers, a well known feature of the Heathcote Valley is the site of the old maltworks building. Times are certainly changing though and the sounds of demolition must have been heard by many Heathcote Valley people. Many of the buildings have now gone, and you can get a whole new view of our Valley Inn! With the help of cranes, wrecking balls, bulldozers and trucks, you can now see us from many new vantage points. The Canterbury Malting Company shut long ago in 1999, and its buildings have slowly crumbled into a sorry state of disrepair.
It's really quite surprising really. What with canoeing on the river, windsurfing nearby, swimming at the beach and boating over in the harbour, there's water everywhere. Our luck seemed to be changing in 2006, with a reference to a new pool on our side of town in the City Plan. That was back then. Now, the money to pay for our pool has been left out of the current draft. This has led to considerable concern in our community who feel the whole project is now in doubt.
